Lana Pinshaw

Lana is a highly experienced and compassionate dietitian with over 25 years of clinical practice. She graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 1997 and has worked extensively across the private and charity sectors, including with the HCA group and as a Consultant for a cancer charity.

In 2003, she founded her own specialist practice with a focus on diabetes, weight management, functional bowel disorders, cancer care, and neurological conditions. Alongside her private work, she serves as the Team Lead Dietitian at an NHS Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in London, providing expert support for both in-patient and community-based neurological rehabilitation services.

She offers appointments at her North West London clinic, home visits, and virtual consultations via tele-health. Known for her warm, friendly, and professional manner, she is deeply committed to supporting patients through personalised, evidence-based care.
